Elda Lettieri

President

Degree in Economics and Banking Sciences at the University of Siena with a thesis on communication. For over twenty years, she has developed her profession first as an entrepreneur, in Italian and Bulgarian companies, then as a journalist, and subsequently as a freelancer in the field of professional training, in projects funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and European design. For some years now, she has been managing a family vacation home in the historic center of San Gimignano. She founded Selena Bulgaria in 2007 and Selena Italy in 2014.

Nunzia Basile

Vice President

Degree in Law at the University of Siena. Lawyer registered in the Association of Siena, qualification obtained in November 1994, at the Court of Cassation since 2007. Certified mediator in civil and commercial matters at the University of Siena. Auxiliary judge of the Court of Appeal of Rome, Civil section, from 2017 to 2021. Registered with AIAF and the Civil Chamber at the Florence Court in 2007. In 2007, she attended a specialization course in Family and Juvenile Law. She has taught various legal subjects, both in civil law and criminal law. Freelancer with her own studio in Poggibonsi (SI) since 1995.

Fiammetta Giovetti

Secretary

Degree in Architecture at the University of Florence, where she continued her education with a postgraduate course in Monument Restoration. She works as a freelancer with assignments in the fields of restoration, architectural design, and urban planning. She is responsible for managing the agritourism business at the Il Monchino Farm in San Gimignano (SI).

Monica Balducci

Degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Siena, with a focus on Orthopedics and Traumatology. She has attended numerous training courses in orthopedics, nutrition, probiotic physiology, and gut-brain axis. Diploma holder in Global Postural Reeducation, lymphatic drainage, scar treatment, etc. Currently enrolled in the 2nd year of Scientific Naturopathy at the People’s University of Turin. She practices as a freelance physiotherapist at her own clinic and also provides home services.

Patrizia Belli

After over 20 years of working in the administrative sector, her passion for cooking took over. She became an agricultural entrepreneur and a home chef, and for over 14 years, she has been teaching cooking classes for foreign tourists at local facilities (to date, over 2,000 tourists from all over the world have attended her cooking classes). She is also very active in associations, among her many activities and collaborations are the Solidarity Shows held at the Teatro del Popolo in Colle di Val d’Elsa.

Irene Schnider

After completing the preliminary course at the Schule für Gestaltung in Basel and studying at the Ecole des Arts Décoratifs in Geneva (graphic design), and gaining experience both as a freelancer and as an employee at advertising agencies in Tuscany, in 1994 she opened her GRAPHIC DESIGN studio in Poggibonsi. In 2001, she became a member of AIAP and the BEDA Register of European Designers. With her extensive experience, both in Italy and abroad, she mainly deals with the creation and graphic design of corporate images, posters, editorials, packaging, and recently also Motion and Web design.

Iva Vasileva

Expert in European grants, psychologist with two specializations in psychotherapy. Her international experience has developed through the presentation of European projects in the Erasmus+ program and consulting on brand identity. Her practice is based on the combination of psychology, communication, and visual communication. Her passion is to find a connection between human facets and the practical needs of companies.

Financial Manager

Accountant registered with the Siena ODCEC, she assists her clients from the start of their activity to the management and development in various sectors. The Third sector is also part of her expertise, with particular dedication to amateur sports and cultural associations. Equal Opportunities and Gender Policies are of primary interest, both in the workplace and in social rights.

Laura Cresti

Tourism Manager

She collaborated for over 10 years with the Chair of the Department of International Organization. After leaving her university career in 2000, she dedicated herself to the recovery, restoration, and management of LA RIPOLINA, the family agricultural company. She serves as the general manager overseeing all activities related to the hospitality sector and personnel management, organizing promotion, and marketing of the company through contacts with Italian and foreign operators and travel agencies.

Cristina Gorajski

Internationalization Manager

International project analyst, consultant for local authorities and small businesses. Representative to the FAO for BPW International and Member of FIDAPA-BPW Italy. Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Ancona. Regional Secretary of AICCRE Marche (Italian Association of European Municipalities and Regions).

Tiziana Rubano

Communication Manager

Professional & Personal Coach ACC ICF, Learning Coach®, Trainer, and Consultant in Communication and Human Resources for Institutions and Companies. She initiates and oversees orientation programs for entering and re-entering the job market. Specialized in career paths, leadership, teamwork, team building, negotiation, change management, and change leadership.
